NAIC Insights Series with Tony Lee

Register to attend our next Industry Insights webcast, where NAIC President & CEO Robert L. Greene will lead an engaging discussion with Tony Lee, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of One Rock Capital Partners and member of the NAIC Board of Directors.

Lee co-founded One Rock Capital Partners in 2010 with R. Scott Spielvogel, after working together as Managing Directors at Ripplewood Holdings. One Rock is a value-oriented, operationally focused firm that seeks control-stake equity investments in middle-market companies in North America. With an investment committee that was 55% diverse as of December 2023, the firm’s leadership fosters a strong commitment to a culture of inclusion.

Lee has led One Rock through three very successful institutional fundraising campaigns: an inaugural fund that closed at $431.5 million in 2014, surpassing a $300 million target, a $964 million Fund II in 2017 that closed at its cap, and a $2.0 billion Fund III in 2021 that exceeded its $1.5 billion target. The firm’s many successful transactions include the 2018 sale of Airxcel, one of the largest suppliers of industry-leading branded products to the RV industry and niche segments of the industrial and commercial HVAC market, to L Catterton. Since its acquisition by One Rock in 2014, Airxcel had nearly doubled earnings through strong organic growth, internal operational improvements and the acquisition and integration of three highly complementary businesses.
