Alsip, Ill., December 23, 2021 – Zone Climate Services (“Zone”), a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners (“Wind Point”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Total Line Refrigeration, Inc. (“Total Line”or the “Company”). Total Line is Zone’s first acquisition under Wind Point’s ownership and enables Zone’s expansion into Ohio as well as the addition of complementary end-markets and repair services.
Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Total Line is a family-owned and operated commercial refrigeration and HVAC company offering preventative maintenance, repair and installation services. Founded in 1998, Total Line has developed a reputation as one of Ohio’s premier service providers for food service, food grocery and retail, and other commercial kitchen equipment customers.
Headquartered in Alsip, Ill., Zone is a market leader in commercial refrigeration and HVAC services across the Midwest. Zone serves hundreds of customers spanning grocers, convenience stores and warehouse operators.
