The NAIC Members in attendance learned about critical strategies for risk mitigation and mistakes to avoid when undertaking due diligence of employee benefits. In addition to overcoming inefficiencies in healthcare costs, Steven stressed the importance of mapping overall talent needs to a benefits portfolio as integral to optimal organizational performance.
