PARADIGM CHANGERS Internship Program
The PARADIGM CHANGERS Undergraduate and Graduate Internship Program is designed to build a pathway for the next generation of women to access careers in alternative investments.
The program provides internship opportunities for undergraduate and graduate ethnically diverse women from a broad range of academic disciplines including healthcare, technology, mathematics, computer science, law, business, and engineering.
PARADIGM CHANGERS provides the opportunity for participants to learn about a growing and exciting field and gain the skills and knowledge needed to pursue a career in alternative investments.
Who can apply?
The Undergraduate Track is open to rising 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year ethnically diverse women currently enrolled or transferring to a 4-year U.S. university.
The Graduate Track is open to ethnically diverse women who are applying to or have been accepted to an accredited, U.S.-based graduate school program

The PARADIGM CHANGERS Internship Program Includes:
- Customized pre-internship alternative investments training program that provides participants with an essential understanding of capital markets and introduces some of the skills needed for the internship (May)
- 8-10 week paid internship at a private equity firm or hedge fund (June – August)
- Monthly career development sessions led by senior executive women who will share their career journeys and help you navigate a career in alternative investments (June – August)
Desired Qualities
- Aspiring leader with demonstrated experience managing competing priorities
- Curiosity in exploring an area of investment with a focus on understanding capital allocation, market trends, and private transactions
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Passionate about being a part of increased diversity and inclusion in a professional role.
- Presents strong potential for data and analysis, research and spreadsheet skills.
