Jacquaniese “Jaye” Washington, is a savvy strategist with a proven track record of bridging operational gaps and driving success across diverse business functions. Equipped with a keen strategic mindset and a decade of experience in developing, managing, and executing integrated plans, Jaye brings a unique perspective to her role as NAIC’s Operations Manager.

Prior to joining NAIC, Jaye served as an Integrated Communications Director at OCG PR, a full-service communications and marketing agency specializing in public education and social impact campaigns. In this role, Jaye led the strategic direction for social impact focused client accounts, leveraging her expertise in communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, and program development to optimize processes and maximize clients’ performance.

Prior to that, Jaye operated a business strategy consulting firm where she developed a deep understanding of business dynamics, providing invaluable insights and recommendations to clients such as Nemours Children’s Health, Westbridge Solutions, and Delaware State University, to name a few. Her ability to analyze market trends, identify competitive advantages, and develop innovative strategies contributed to her track record as a trusted advisor and visionary consultant.

Throughout her career Jaye has collaborated with and worked for government entities, the public sector, and non-profit organizations, delivering exceptional results for renowned institutions such as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the State of Delaware, and Teach for America. Her ability to develop comprehensive strategies, innovative campaigns, and impactful plans has consistently inspired action and fostered organizational growth.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jaye is a passionate advocate for breaking glass ceilings and empowering Black youth. She actively pursues her personal mission through various endeavors, including hosting her podcast, The School of Life, spearheading a youth development program, The School of Life Academy, and engaging in speaking engagements that inspire and uplift others. Jaye is a two-time graduate of Delaware State University, holding a Masters Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Mass Communications.
