Hailey Floyd is a multidisciplinary marketer with over a decade of experience turning complex ideas into compelling narratives and high-impact strategies. She currently serves as Digital Marketing Manager at the National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC), where she leads content development, campaign execution, and performance analysis across web, email, and social channels. Her work supports NAIC’s mission by elevating programs, events, and member benefits for a network of diverse alternative asset managers and institutional investors.

Previously, Hailey served as Director of Marketing Communications at Experity, leading corporate communications, media strategy, and crisis response across a national healthcare technology firm. Before that, she served as Director of Marketing and Investor Communications at Collab Capital, a NAIC member fund, where she developed the firm’s brand identity, investor relations materials, and thought leadership platform while supporting marketing strategies for portfolio companies.

Hailey’s career began in the public sector as an Advance Associate for First Lady Michelle Obama, where she managed event logistics and press operations. She later joined Apple, where she held roles as both strategist and product manager, contributing to global product launches and digital campaigns.

Highly skilled in brand design, digital strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication, Hailey has also advised early-stage startups, developed proprietary brand frameworks, and served as the founding product designer at Oasis.

A second-generation alumna of Howard University, Hailey earned her B.A. in Strategic, Legal, and Management Communication with a minor in Sociology. Guided by a commitment to equity and clarity, she is passionate about bridging the gap between ideas and impact ensuring bold visions are not only well-articulated but effectively executed.
