The successful entrepreneur, change agent and champion for women and diversity in finance shared her non-traditional career trajectory, the state of the diverse manager industry, how she leveraged her network for greater success, and more. She also highlighted her work creating the Consortium, an event designed as an educational platform for LPs, consultants and GPs to understand the value, benefits and opportunities with the talent pool of diverse managers. The event has brought together close to 7,000 LPs and GPs and established hundreds of relationships.
