Dapo Ogunfeitimi is an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School, specializing in Private Equity. As an active member of the Columbia community, Dapo serves as co-chair of the Black Business Student Association’s Conference Team, VP of the ETA club, and a student fellow for Columbia’s Lang Fund, where he performs due diligence and makes investment recommendations on prospective companies.
In addition to being an NAIC MBA fellow, he is a proud Toigo and ICM Mosaic Fellow. Dapo’s professional background spans M&A advisory and buy-side investing. Most recently, he interned at Nuveen as an investment associate on their Private Equity Impact team. Before pursuing his MBA, he was an investor at Flourish Ventures, focusing on fintech infrastructure and embedded finance investments. At Flourish, he also led in building and maintaining a pipeline of diverse founders across the country. Dapo began his career at Ernst & Young on the Transaction Advisory Services Team, specializing in financial services and technology transactions.
He holds an active CPA license and earned both a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he led as captain of the Men’s Basketball Team.
