Jossy Rodriguez

Jossy is a current MBA candidate at the Wharton School, and has a profound passion for venture capital and the alternatives market. Her journey reflects a blend of experience in both large financial institutions and a VC-backed startup, alongside her advocacy for underrepresented voices in entrepreneurship.

In her role as President of VC Unleashed, Jossy has significantly contributed to the organization’s expansion at a national level, enhancing its impact within the BIPOC investment community in venture capital.

During her time at Addepar Inc., a Series F Fintech company, Jossy excelled as a Fund Placements Operations Manager. In this role, she launched an investment platform, streamlined operational processes, and facilitated fundraising efforts. This role built upon a strong foundation of over six years at J.P. Morgan Private Banking, where she focused on ultra-high-net-worth clients and fundraising for private securities.

Jossy’s passion for venture capital and her mission to support founders have been underscored by her recognition in Forbes Ecuador. Jossy is looking forward to further championing founders and contributing to their success.
