The Women in Alternatives UP Fellowship program was designed to help ethnically diverse women with 7-12 years of alternative investment industry experience rise UP in their careers. The 9-month program focuses on career development and provides training, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
The UP Fellowship Program includes:
- Monthly interactive training sessions that provide an opportunity for participants to build a strong support network
- Opportunity for mentees to learn how to navigate a career in alternative investments from successful executives who can share their experience and insights
- Building lasting relationships with senior industry leaders who serve as mentors and speakers during the program
