El Paso, Texas, February 8, 2022 – Handgards, Inc. (“Handgards”), a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners (“Wind Point”), today announced the acquisition of Fine Line Settings, Inc. (“Fineline”or the “Company”), a fast-growing manufacturer and supplier of disposable tableware and packaging products, including eco-friendly compostable and recyclable solutions. Fineline’s innovative products are highly complementary with Handgards and will allow the combined business to offer a broader portfolio of foodservice solutions to customers across North America.

Based in Middletown, N.Y., Fineline is a key supplier to the foodservice and hospitality end markets. Founded in 2010 by Abraham Feig, the Company offers a broad suite of unique disposable products that are sold under the Fineline name throughout the United States to a diverse base of distributors, group purchasing organizations and other foodservice accounts.

Abraham Feig, Founder and CEO of Fineline, will continue to lead the Fineline business under Handgards ownership. Wind Point acquired Handgards in October 2020 in partnership with existing management and experienced industry executive Joe Kubicek, who joined as CEO.
