The MBA Fellowship Program runs from early September through the end of June.
The MBA Fellowship is virtual and accepts applicants from all over the United States.
With generous support from NAIC member firms Grain Management, Palladium Equity Partners, Stellex Capital Management, and Valor Equity Partners, NAIC provides compensated fellowships to students during the academic school year. Participants have a unique opportunity to explore the growing and impactful diverse-owned alternative investment sector.
The NAIC MBA Fellowship Program provides opportunities for participants to:
The MBA Fellowship is a 10-month compensated fellowship. Fellows are compensated at a monthly rate of $3,000, or a total program stipend of $30,000. The stipend is payable either directly to the Fellow or to their business school to cover a portion of tuition. Fellows are required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week on NAIC assignments.
The Fellowships are all remote positions and travel is only required for occasional NAIC meetings. Travel expenses will be covered by NAIC.
The MBA Fellowship Program is for ethnically diverse second-year MBA students who are focusing in Finance and plan to pursue a career in the alternative investment sector.
