New York, September 21, 2016 – Argyle Executive Forum, LLC (“Argyle”), a leading provider of events, content and professional networks for C-Suite executives, announced that it has acquired Proformative, Inc.’s (“Proformative”) webinar and lead generation services business unit. Proformative produces more than 100 CPE-accredited webinars annually for corporate finance, treasury and accounting executives. Proformative’s separate, on-demand learning business will rebrand itself as Illumeo. The transaction closed on September 9, 2016. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
