Philip Lo

Philip Lo serves as Managing Director, Capital Formation for Private Equity at Littlejohn, and oversees the firm’s fundraising, marketing and co-investment syndication efforts for the private equity funds. Prior to joining Littlejohn, Mr. Lo was Partner and Head of Investor Relations and Business Development at GPI Capital, a growth and structured equity firm. Prior to GPI Capital, he was a founding team member of Siris Capital and its predecessor firm, S.A.C. Private Capital Group (SAC PCG). During his tenure at Siris, he served as an investment professional and also led the firm’s fundraising and marketing efforts. Mr. Lo started his career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank Securities and Houlihan Lokey. He received a B.S.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University. Mr. Lo serves on the board of the National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC).
