Charles J. Willis, Jr.

Charles J. Willis, Jr., Executive Director, Portfolio Manager, joined the Private Equity Group in 2000. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Mr. Willis was a Senior Network Consultant in Bell Atlantic’s Engineering Group, where he designed customized voice and data networks for large businesses in New York City. He earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, an MS in Computer Science from New York University, and an MBA from Columbia University. Currently, Mr. Willis serves on the advisory boards of Boulder Ventures, Carmel Ventures, Great Hill Equity Partners, and Hummer Winblad.  Mr. Willis is also on the boards of the National Association of Investment Companies and the Robert Toigo Alumni Endowment.
