Ana Barrera is a student at Harvard Business School and a business professional with experience in analytical, client-facing roles. Prior to business school, she worked in early-stage startup investing at Morgan Stanley’s in-house accelerator for underrepresented founders and technology consulting (e.g., cloud, AI) at IBM. She also worked at Harlem Capital, a diversity-focused venture capital firm, deploying capital to the next generation of diverse entrepreneurs. She is deeply passionate about connecting underrepresented communities with access to education and capital to advance equitable opportunities and generational wealth. Ana holds a bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is expected to attain her MBA in 2024.
