Jasmine Elbarbary

Alliance and Marketing Manager

Jasmine Elbarbary is the Alliance and Marketing Manager for the National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC). In this role, she will be responsible for managing and leading the execution of deliverables for the organization’s premier alliances and partnerships. Additionally, Jasmine will lead the development and implementation of NAIC’s marketing strategy.

Before joining NAIC, Jasmine served as a community advocate for the City of Los Angeles, where she cultivated 385 civic leaders through two programs she created and led. As the Department’s Chief Sustainability Officer, Jasmine co-created the Green New Deal Toolkit for local communities to accelerate sustainable action.

Jasmine is an alumna of Coro Southern California’s Women in Leadership program, whose mission is to strengthen the democratic process by preparing individuals for effective and ethical leadership. She was recognized as a 2021 Impact-Maker to Watch as a civic-minded individual who is making a positive impact across Los Angeles and is expected to take her leadership and contributions to new heights in years to come. Jasmine is a proud Boston University graduate, where she secured her B.A. in International Relations and was deeply involved in community service.
